Exciting news! We are launching our nonprofit Ice Cream School, and it’s coming soon, right in the heart of Washington D.C.
At the School of SMiZE, students dive deeply into the world of ice cream in the most creative of ways. They gain hands-on experience in a variety of cooking techniques and processes, from making a variety of creamy ice cream bases and hand-making delectable ingredients to crafting irresistible confectionary mix-ins. With an emphasis on creativity and innovative thinking, they will also be educated on the nuances of branding, marketing, business and customer service, all while honing their interpersonal skills to prepare them to uniquely stand out on their way to success in the hospitality industry.
With SMiZE & DREAM’s international presence and reach, what truly sets the School of SMiZE apart is its global perspective and collaboration where we aim to not only empower our students locally but also foster education, connections, and partnerships on an international scale.
Coming soon, we’ll have yummy, creativity-fueled classes for everyone. Whether your child wants to delight in ice cream fun, or you and friends are looking for an outta-the-box hangout, or you’re a couple seeking a playful date night, we got you.
